Our World

Our world is very confused today
This is what the people say
But is it the world to be the blame
I ask you honestly by your name.
Some people make it through the day in tears
Trying in desperation to hide their fears
If only they knew love and understanding
Their lives would be sweet and not demanding.
Our world is not at fault for the troubled
Times we go through
It's actually what the people say and do
Our world is a gift from the great man to use
But with most people, it's a gift they abuse.
Everybody wants you, to live and do like they say
Don't tell them you're sorry, just go the right way
Now what good is life to you and me
If you cannot live it honestly
And in God's eyes be free.
