Perceptual Attraction

And I don't think I like
how he sees me

- who I've slowely become in his eyes
The spans of our life interests
overlapping less and less
for every day that passes
Me
becoming smaller and smaller
in the corner of his eyes
turning into someone, something
I swore never to repeat again
And then
Once.
One gaze, one remark
And I'm hooked again

But I don't think like
how I see him.
