Put Them In A Uniform

Put them in a uniform.
Performing service for somebody else.
Who treats them mean.
And disrespects.

They claim a patriotism.
To think deserved.
Done to imitate a bravery.
Seen on TV.
Without a minute of it to earn.

They claim a patriotism.
Without it to serve.
A country to divide.
A country they unify to burn.

Put them in a uniform.
Performing service for somebody else.
Who treats them mean.
To then disrespect.

Put them in a uniform.
Performing service for somebody else.
Who treats them mean.
To then disrespect.

And they claim,
Entitlements to rights.
Others sent to war to fight for.
Sacrificing their lives.
While those who protest,
Detest and express hatred.
With this done at their best.
But sacrificing their lives they only do,
To create animosity, division.
And hatred to prove,
Themselves to be cowards.
Done to run away,
From entitlements given.
That allows them a freedom,
To hide from what they fear too.

Put them in a uniform.
Performing service for somebody else.
Who treats them mean.
And dispects.

Put them in a uniform.
Performing service for somebody else.
Who treats them mean.
And disrespects.

Put them in a uniform.
Performing service for somebody else.
Who doesn't deserve,
Their hatred to get.
From those who take for granted,
Lives to live in protest.
While claiming to be patriots.
With their hatred and division,
Done to do to invest.
