Raise

Poem By Franck Ndongo

'Feel like I fall from the top of the hill
Being at the wrong place at the wrong time was my skill,
Tend to be shy face to the foreigners, still
searching for my real deep personality, deal
With nobody who can't handle me like I want
Try to lift my chin and keep it straight,
Remove to my eyes those things which bring me doubts,
Keep telling to myself let's roll and take a dough,
Used to take the easy solution, ain't proud
Let's go in war against our fears and weakness,
Fight for a harmless world, full of happiness,
After the darkness there will be the light
And after the grey side, the bright
By now and forever, it will never be the same
Live my life, won't be afraid to be sometimes insane
Let the sun shines on my lane'

Mea Culpa

Girl,
Why won't you see me again,
hear me again, talk to me again,
I know how you feel about me, ain't proud of me,
