Reason Of My War

I can feel the enemy coming
The battles I been fighting seem useless
It always comes back ten-fold stronger
Missing my shield and sword’s broken
My gun’s outta ammo
How did this war begin?
Why am I fighting?
And what am I fighting for?
I’m running out of allies
The enemy is good at enticing to say the least
So with the few comrades I still have
I beg you
Help me find the courage to keep on fighting
‘Cause I’m ready to raise that white flag
And surrender
But I have a reason for fighting
For the freedom of what society thinks
Maybe that’s what I’m fighting
I guess that’s why I’m not surrendering
On this war against the ones that call themselves normal
