Return Of My Brother

Poem By Andy Caldwell

you are my brother and I love you
but you have become a stranger to me
years go by and we don't see one another
still you are and always be my brother
for the longest time you were gone to me
now you return to our family
it made Mom and Dad happy
you made our sister smile
I haven't seen that happen in a while

Comments about Return Of My Brother

It is nice to see a poem about a positive family reunion. I would have liked to read more.

Free Will

God gave each free will
not every one will accept Christ
in fact the majority never will
at least not in this life we know

I am lost
in a sea of uncertainty
waves wash over me

to those around me
Stress kills Parkinson's
it makes everything worse
it makes all my muscles hurt

My Poetry Is Conserved

the world acknowledges me
accepts and honors my poetry
capturing every word and all my feelings
spread to the universe with each reading

I Have Always Thought Of You

I have always thought of you
each separately
my angel and my wife
but you are one with me

be detached
but not aloof
be reserved
don't be the fool
