Riding The Gun

Poem By Patience

Confused in their panic, ants from the nest,
drawn out of turncoats, blind or obsequious
That spring that you starved, bees from the hive,
suckling nectar, temperatures rise
Parched in the sun, milk of the goat,
riding the gun, now there is hope.

Diamonds

The poison feather reminds you, you're alone
And that without its soft spot you'd have nowhere to go

Frozen in the searchlight, burnt from the glare

Evanecse

Weightened for him,
Aghast at beams. A weathered grin pierces through her.
And seeps through waxy heart his branding, conquering.
Electric serenity, claimed.

Freaks

Some just enjoy discomfort
reconciling it as danger and mistaking it for risk
One day we'll all realize
we're begging for the pity, starving for a kiss

Break Free

You, of the minority
may oppose it fiercely
You, superiority
could learn to think more freely

Little Heaven

Rest in peace little heaven
As hell comes closing in
On the picture perfect resonance
Of trees and goats and skin

Stardust

Kapow!
I'm stardust right now
Random sparkle
Precipitating
