Can we make tommorow better from what we salvage
from the ruins of bad ideas made real.
Another day unwrapping like a banana from a peel.

Exposed to the same old song over and over
Plowing through the minds like a bulldozzer.
A push and a shove to end up where we started
It seems the only one who change are the dearly departed.

So I'll put my shoes on right foot first
Brush my teeth last as I rehearsed
Change the music different song
Eat breakfast late like nothings wrong.

Off to work in the car I go
Into memories of tommorow
