I Can Not Say

No no
I can not say
What is happening
In your presence
And you are always present.

I must not say
What is going on
And it is going on always
In your presence
And I am absent.

Now on wards
It is light
And I am not able to see
In your presence
I can only chant.

I am totally flabbergasted over this poet's talent with simplicity. Bringing thoughts forward. Encompassing always a broad scope and exibiting a truely expansive imagination. Really a tragedy we did not receive a longer life span from this incredibly talented writer.
At the end of this deeply grieving lament for the dying and dead, he turns away from the darkness and finds hope in the countries of after-war. where peace and laughter and joy abound once again
