Sewing Machine

I'm not pattered cloth
To cut in shape-
So don't needle me taut
In tight-stitched zig-zag.
If tacked down,
I break needle and thread.
My raiment is silken
So thread me loosely-
Ease and guide me gently
Through the machine of your hearts desire!
