Wishes Come True

I was asked tell me what is your dearest wish?
Instantly the answer was to go back to my school days.
To my lovely friends and thank them
They have always made me a Rock Star…
We sang we played; we enjoyed every moment with gladness
And were always special to each other with no any sadness
I pray and wish that those days of life never would have ended
I would want to gratefully to all who befriended me
Thank all especially those of whom who really loved me
And still tenderly and always cared for me and was by my side,
but I always failed to thank them and understand what it meant…
really feels sorry… coz if I would have. Things would have been different for all..

My best days of my life were by school days… my friends. My teachers… My school… I still pray
as I write this away…. God take me back to my childhood….

Naomi, this is an excellent write about bullies. Bullies are awkward cowards. They have very low self-esteem. You are the opposite. It took courage to write this poem. And with that, a good dose of healthy self-esteem. Congratulations! Hoping that some day this will be Poem Of The Day!
An insightful piece depicting shadows of loneliness occasioned by bullying and abuse inflicted on one by acquaintances. A well articulated poem nicely penned from the heart with conviction. Thanks for sharing Rose. Please read my poem COLOSSAL MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE.
Your life is so beautiful, Rose, that you can't afford to be bullied or be bogged down. You have done nothing wrong. So, muster up your moral strength, look into the the eyes of your adversaries and, if need be, challenge them. You will win. Thanks for sharing the poem. My cries are left unanswered in / The darkness / I am not one of them / I am alone
most of us have experienced bullying in one form or another. No one ever enjoyed it. The human capacity to cause harm to our peers can be relentless and unforgiving. That said, it is often in times of trial and persecution, when we are singled out and standing alone, when we learn the greatest truths about ourselves. Bullies are petty, and when they eventually realize the pain theyve caused people, they feel it five fold themselves. Thanks for sharing
