Shadows

Poem By Dr. Russell W. Nelson

Shadows fleeing from the sun,
Marking time as the day is done.
Blending together while once apart,
Now becoming one to form the dark.
Each shadow belongs to a special form,
When there is light, they are born.
Some shadows are beautiful when they appear,
While others may warn us that danger is near.
A shadows was never created out of thin air,
There was no beginning, they always were there.
Shadows have advanced since the beginnning of time,
God reversed them once as a special sign.
Shadows may be about you everywhere,
But wherever there is a shadow God is there.
