Silent Sympathy

Poem By Anne Lacy

Do not speak
Just listen
And maybe
She will tell you
Just a little
Of what is killing her inside
But if you speak
She will tell you nothing
So just listen.

Comments about Silent Sympathy

The world would be a lot better place if everyone listened more Anne. Well observed, I like this one. All the best David
