Simple Question

Poem By James Edwards

I would like my child to ask me
A question for which I do not know.
So I can reply
With Great pride
'It's because of God.'

But then I am afraid.
Of the path I had sent him
For on a different day.
On a different pasteur.
When his child asks him,
He still will have no answer.
