Sitting

There is something
about life that amazes me
The trees, grasses, and all that is to see
You picture a view
into the mirror in breath
And there an image
of you stands, like death
The day is breaking
and night is as cold and near
No words is like the same, like yesterday to bear
No sweet tears of funeral
can make you tear more
So likewise the same
we always sit, to keep on sitting as before
But sitting always
it isn’t enough, yet in advance is ignore
The chairs are there,
the windows are open and so the place
Is more calm, whether dreary,
whether cold, or pleasant in space
We return to the fountains of life,
we once knew, to cease
Time, and shorten a length
to sit or maybe two in peace
Though, the same like yesterday,
and for tomorrow we still vie to sit
In the fields, alone with our load,
in every fleeting hour we wait
