So Invisible

Poem By Arthur Edwardson

Strangely cold within the grave
We envision brilliant dreams among the fire
We Reach! The day is fleeing
I am flying among the stars
You smell mammoth truth near the bullshit
The day has fled now
So invisible about the dream
We summon murky claws beneath the light
Be transparent. The day will vanish soon
clouded altered
in the night
nothing to lose
Under what skies
the refugee
takes comfort
never knowing how...or why
