So Much Is There

So much there is.
To discover than not.
Life lived is a journey.
Done to do.
Until the experience stops.

Those active and attracted to the unknown.
Seldom sit to permit,
The limitation of selfishness...
Done alone to do condoned.
Without to adventure away from their home.

So much is there.
To discover than not.
Life lived is a journey.
Done to do.
Until the experience stops.

Only the ones to age.
Looking back upon their past.
Are often heard to say,
How they wished they had done...
More than sit on their aspirations.
Without taking risks and chances.
With them to reminisce to embellish,
What they did to do but didn't.
To those who don't know lies to them told.

"Wow.
I can't believe you did all of that.
And,
Before my parents were born.
Even though,
You and they were born in the same year.
That's what they say.
But like you,
They too are old."
