Social Isolation

Poem By David Lomenick

I try to talk to you,
but you turn and walk away.
Am I really that boring,
is the life I have not valuable to you?
Thinking you would listen to me,
now I sit in my room knowing that i'm trying so hard,
but my social isolation seems to be killing me inside.
