Someday, If Only

Poem By James Darwin Smith II

If only
I became a comet
Planting a new world
Upon the seeds of these passionate dreams
Crashing down with a new sense of purpose
Creating a new atmosphere
Full of peace and love
And serenity beyond
What earth has ever seized

If only
I was something beyond
What I am now
Then I would finally feel
Like I truly belong somewhere
Far away from here

Is there such a place
Where I truly belong?

My world
A place I can finally be at ease

If only it truly existed
Who knows...?
I still should always believe
In these dreams

Someday, I will feel like I belong, somewhere

When Love's Truth Finally Prevails

Dream me a dream
Upon a sky high euphoria
Where the sun shines ever so majestic
In a realm of love and acceptance

Embellishing The Pale Blue Sky

Embellishing the pale blue sky
Oh, how beautiful it is
In dreams of hope
Flying highly in euphoria

Heart In Mourning

His creation
The gambit within her heart
Many different directions
In which her emotions

Hope filled with elixir
Curing all of the gloom
Fate, A new love
Dark clouds all around,

The Grey Enigmatic

The grey enigmatic
Covets blue spirit
Creating silver heart beats
Sparkling into a rose

Destination Divine

This soul
An Alien
Going from
Planet to Planet
