Sonnet- On Earth, Bad Men Seem To Fare Better

The world, threatens the best of righteous men;
Bad men join groups to taunt them all their life;
But upright men have good deeds as haven;
Unhurt and stronger, they emerge from strife.

No doubt, the way things happen, none can bear;
The world believes in lies and pomp and show;
The evil ones appear to mostly fare;
The upright men are caused immense harm/woe.

Even the land for burying dead is sold;
There is no peace of mind and heart and soul;
Ignored are illiterate, the weak and old;
Accruing wealth fast-track is now man's goal.

The fate of fellow-men depends on men;
Some make the earth Heaven, yet miss Heaven.
