Sonnet: The Maker Alone Can Be The Taker

Poem By Dr. A.Celestine Raj Manohar M.D.,

How can the God who loves to create, kill?
How can man commit murders foul on earth?
How can God forgive man’s heinous crime-bill?
The God of love chooses each life ’fore birth!

When man kills unborn fetuses in womb,
And spends huge sums of money doing so,
What’s wrong if Almighty brings man to tomb,
By Nature’s furies, strife and deathly woe?

No man has rights to contradict God’s ways?
The Master knows His Universe in full;
’Tis up to Him to change our earthly days;
Man’s misdoings on earth must reach a lull.

No man predicts that from sleep, he will wake;
The God who makes life only can retake!
