Sonnet To A Mg

I my minds eye I see you still
Those days have ebbed and turned to years
My dreams of you will always thrill
It is regret that drives my fears
Skin of purest cream, oh what touch
Gentle curves that grasped my heart
Oh how I loved you, oh how so much
I suffer the pain now we're apart
What made me give you up I ask
Was it doubt that troubled me
So now I enjoy a lesser task
This picture of my cream MG
Have I regrets as I park my sedan
Lost loves and possessions, the curse of man.
