by Lawrence S. Pertillar
'A thorough Spring cleaning.'
Why is each one of those boxes packed...
And stacked high with labels attached,

Is being removed from my atmosphere.
And everything I am getting rid of...

But you are making your space,
There are no chairs for anyone to sit.
'That's exactly the point I intend to make.
No one will come to sit,

A freshness to the air is what I wish!
And I am determined for that wish to get.
I made myself a promise to be the one that benefits.'
