Sunshine And Sorrow

Sunshine and sorrow
It still shines at an end
Maybe tomorrow
I'll find a new friend
I'm left with no lover
And there's no other
To pretend

And sunshine and sorrow
Won't spoil my day
And there will be a tomorrow
That will stay

I'm walking alone now
On the old cobbled streets
The only friend and have
Is my two left feet
And im left with no lover
And there no other
To compete

I look up to the chimneys
I see the smoke rise
And like my ex lover
Smoke gets in my eyes
And I'm left with no lover
And there's no other
To suprise

There is one stanza in this that contradicts the rest of the poem. It seems to me that you are dealing with two different thoughts in this verse. Read this carefully, and think of what you have written. Perhaps, you will see what I do see. Thanks!
