Sweet Eve

Poem By shuvo chakraborty

Sweet eve, silence rimmed,
When the Sun no more beamed.
Calling the lovers to flower
Their budding passions under the dewy shower.
Sweet eve, dusk winged,
Sat on the bowers, wind swinged.
Moon broke her sleep
Strayed on heavenly trip.'

Let me lost forever before I meeting you
As I am firm on my belief that you may wither
Much before I see you.
For several years my vain expectation

The Gloomy Field

The field becomes gloomy at night,
In morning shows the golden light,
Decorated with daisy, incredible in look,
With the melodious songs of flock

O Love!

O love, reveal your true state,
Thou who reigns on human souls,
Lording all passions of sublime mold,
Leaving the lovers dreaming to prate.

My Daughter Simi

Vacationing child Simi toying leisure
Plays the games with nursery pleasure,
Airing joys trifling numerous,
Till the fairy of sleep appears.

Trembling leaves
Mirror on still water seize,
Twittering birds on tiny hover
Sweeten the air, natures treasure.
