Tasty Apple

Poem By Aaron Rigodon

A multitude of
apples in the tree.
One tasty apple
lies in top of the tree
waiting to be taken away.
Rest of the apples
were all withered.
My hunger craves for
that one sweet fruit
as a fat kid cries
for chocolate cake
I try so hard to grab it
but yet I fall down my butt.
I hunger to taste that fruit
and continue climbing
that tree.
As I grab that ruddy fruit
my hunger ends that summer morning
