The Beautiful Bartender

There is a poem that begins,
'She walks in beauty like the night, '
It is a verse that to you,
I would love to recite.
But there is just one small problem
I've forgotten most every word,
And your grace, your beauty,
Is greater than anything by Byron, the Lord.

If I saw you anywhere,
Perhaps working behind your bar,
Or just driving by me,
In some old beat up car,
Still your eyes, your face,
I would always remember.
So now of your adoring horde,
I'm now a life-long member.

Unrequited love makes for such good poetry. Nice one.
