The Depth Of Laziness

Hey, you know the story
Of three poor men lazy,
Resting in a choultry
And feeling quite hungry.

A gentleman of the town
Offered them plantain,
One fruit for each one,
Just to share his own.

'Sir, peel the skin.
Give the fruit portion
I'll eat the same then, '
Said the first one.

'Sir, peel the skin.
Put bits of fruit, one by one,
In my mouth wide open, '
Said the second one.

'Sir, peel the skin.
Push the bits, each one,
Inside my throat open.'
Said the third one.

There's no end to laziness.
Never show any kindness
To such lazy men useless,
Living in a world of madness.
