The Everyday

Poem By Khalid Mansour Saleh

Let my thoughts renounce

my body and mind are just empty shells

filled with the emptiness of daily life.

It feeds upon the mundane life

it feasts upon nothing thoughts.

A sea of tranquillity runs across the surface of the body

Yet underneath the tsunami raises up

And breaks free from the restraints of the shell

and disturbs the mundane lifestyle.

These last words to you and I
I speak with love and affection

Blairs Britian.

Drawing the blood, watching it drip
The rich colour, like a satin sheet.
The warmth, the comfort, the blood.
Do I feel alive?

Spring Sonnet

My head is like a fresh spring day
Too many emotions, to express at the same time
The beauty of each one, forces the heart to betray
To keep these inside away from you is a murderous crime

Escape Of A Con Artist

To you I must say I’m sorry
But there is no more you and no more me.
I really did think it was plain to see
That maybe me and you were never meant to be

Physco

Take a look outside your window
What do you see?
people? trees? Cars? houses?
All normal everyday things
