The Middle Of The Night

It's the middle of the night,
And to my delight.
I can hear no sound,
Nothing square or round;
Is making any noise.
No girls, no boys.
I can hear the moon light and the star shine,
And tonight they are all mine.
The silence is winning the war between quiet and loud.
And I am proud.
To behold,
A sight worth more than gold.
Though it is two in the morning,
I am not evev yawning.
Sleep has not even entered my thinking,
As I haven't had my fill of drinking;
In this night.
And hopefully if I'm right.
This sight,
Will be back tomorrow night.
