The Ocean Waves Hello-Ii

The ocean waves hello and
Beckons with mists of wonder
It churns and turns and curls
Roaring out it's thunder

It summons us to witness
It's moving mystical forces
While it ebbs and flows and waltzes
And through our souls it coarses

A granduer in creation's hands
As we look out on the sea
Ribbons of froth and turquoise garnish
Out toward eternity

In the first version of this poem, the last two stanzas seemed to take on a life of their own. The current version is more what I had in mind originally-but maybe the first original is best! Blessings to all readers of poetry! Ray Andrews
