The Olympian Mode

Poem By Patrick J. McCormack

Three shades of valour
Bright, Brighter, Brightest
Five rings entwined
emblem of strength
and unity combined.
Channeled energy
exrending the boundries
of human endevour
lifting and floating each athlete
the best to rest on a rostrum
of Bronze, Silver, or Gold.

The Garden In Spring

In the early morning mystic spring light
bird shadows flit between branches.
Different shades, different sizes
different songs, different voices.
