The Ostrich

The ostrich roams the great Sahara.
Its mouth is wide, its neck is narra.
It has such long and lofty legs,
I'm glad it sits to lay its eggs.

Lovely ode to the ostrich, I've stood on those eggs the size of dinosaur ones with the hardest shells :) Thanks for sharing. Creatures of the Sahara, you may just like my Scorpions poem.
