The Parade Of The Guardian Angel

Poem By Jodi Williams

Oh Creator of Nature, who hung the stars at night
so every Guardian Angel will have a light to find their child
which these Heavenly Angels look after through each
long and lonely night.

Oh, lovely Angel, please kneel at the foot of your
chosen child's bed to mislead every evil that may
lurk on this child whom God the Father has put on this earth.

Lamb of God, instill these Angels to work diligently so
every juvenile can awaken; snatching a day's laughter
and merriment without harm; showing innocence as
only a child should...
Thus not fearing from year to year to parade down
Life's Pathway.
