The Ringing Keys(2007)

Poem By Lillian B. Rose

Remember
Don't forget
Where one hurts
all cry....
And the pain
we push aside....
In the end

We turn the key
in time
and don't always
Know what will
be found

Yet the doors
are pathways
forged...
As time circles
Back: attending
to what was...

For Key: a person
and every door: a life....
Every moment
will be precious
in another's eyes

so that glow
we hold so tight to...
the glimmer...
that smile...
Is best when forged
in secret: to catch us
When we Follow

Venus And Cupid (2005)

A part of me on fire, split by fantasy
Still Cupid teasingly fires his arrows
Decidedly straight at me

Wandering Among... (Untitled 3: Revised 2008)

Wandering among shadows
Wondering where they lead
Past the collapsing Mountains
Into the endless sea

I Miss The Nights....(Untitled: @2000-2001)

I miss the nights, I felt angels near enough to touch
I miss the calming words, silent prayers that mean so much
I miss the undying pride, I found each day anew
I miss the reassurance, I had always known in you

If We Spent... (Untitled Five: 2008)

If we spent as much time
Building people up
As we do, breaking people down

The Ancient Knight(2005)

Once more at the ledge
Staring into the ravine
Wishing to let go of this life
But your voice has steadied me

In Search Of A Dream(2004)

Do my eyes look empty to you
Yesterday I was in tears
Because Yes - you invade my thoughts still
Why are you still with me
