The Siamese Elephant

A mother and her child went walking one day,

'Oh, look, ' She said, 'Over that way! '

'What is that, mother? ' the child cried in dismay.

'Why it looks like a Siamese Elephant, munching on hay! '

His body was tan with extremities brown,

His chocolate tail waved slowly around.

'But, mother, a cat doesn't have a trunk for a nose.'

Just then the elephant bellowed, 'MEEEOOOW' through his hose!

'Oh my! Who would believe!

Son, let's keep this between you and me! '
