The Sound Of Celtic
The sound of Celtic lives within my soul
by Daniel McDonagh
And will grew larger and louder as my years grow old,
The songs and the memories are buried within my heart
As I continue to walk down, to old Celtic Park.
The colour off green will never fade from my eyes
As legends have played in the famous green & white,
All the days & nights, I stood in the 'Jungle',
Was to watch the Celts play, immaculate football.
Jock Stein’s Lions, they did us proud,
Dalglish, Nicholas & McStay, were worshipped by the crowd,
The sound of Celtic started when I was a lad,
As I was christened, wrapped in a old Celtic scarf.
