The Wall

The story's that have been told of the
young the brave the bold once a year
your memories are brought back we cry
we remember we hold thoughts of this
war will always be and for all
who was there we shall remember that
many a friend and loved one gave their
life and no more will they be home
to hold their child or wife the
blood that was shed a war that
left so many dead the battles they
fought for freedom they sought some of
the faces we have forgot but their
names shall always remain for they
stood tall now their names remain
on the wall
