The World's Most Valuable Day
Poem By TEDDY MOSES
The day I was borne is the world's most valuable day,
A day when a specific solution to a specific problem was born,
A day that would be a bridge to other problem solvers to get close to their solution,
A day that the world had to wait patiently to come to term,
A day that the world could not have had should the owners refused it.
The day I was borne is when the world received a lesson,
A lesson of patient as the wheel of time rolled,
A lesson of patience for it had to wait for the gift to evolve,
Evolve into its effect of giving a solution,
A solution that would open up the eyes of many.
The day I was born is when a song was borne,
Born out of the very existence of the beautiful notes of trouble,
Notes that were made by humanity as they longed for the gift,
The gift that would identify with the song of warriors,
A song that would be sang by those willing to fight.
The day I was borne is when a hint of love was made,
A clue to all that desired to change,
Change that would form bowls of tremendous tears,
Tears that would make all resonate in harmony and internal peace,
The harmony that none but love brings.
The day I was borne is when the world received a gift,
The day i was born is when the world received a lesson,
The day I was borne is when a song was borne,
The day I was borne is when the world received a hint of love,
The day I was borne is undoubtedly the world's most valuable day.
