The World We Live In.

How little do we know of this
The world in which we live
The things that go on around us
Are as water through a sieve

The killings and the wars go on
The torture and the pain
Dictators rise and fall like plums
While the bombs they fall like rain

Nature also takes its toll
With earthquakes, fire and flood
And no one can even stop it
Creating rivers of human blood

Is'nt it time we got together
As one body to stop the waste
Before it all gets out of hand
And destroys the human race.
