Through Shattered Shards Of Me

Poem By Jacquelynn Bobbs

Remembering back
So long ago
On bestest friends
And sorrowless nights
I miss it
All of it
Somtimes I wonder
On many things
But mostly me
And...why...just why
Is it karma?
'Cause I use to think
How could anyone live
With a broken mind
Guess now I know
Death penalty is a blessing
Compared to the shattering
Of me

Where were you?
Where were you when I needed help?
Where were you when I needed saving from myself?
Where were all day long,

Sorrow and insanity
They reign within me
Through the stress and worry
They seem to comfort me

Acid Usually Hurts

Strive to perfection
What we all seek
Its simple
Or what I've been told at least

Through the class
To the back
There is glass
Nearly black
