To Kiss You

Poem By Robin Bryan

To kiss you
Would be to dip my hands
Into a pool of passion.

I would let the sweet nectar
Trickle down my fingers
Into my dry parched lips.

These mere drops
Would satisfy my thirst.

One Thousand years spent
Roaming these deserts.

I would gaze once more
Into your still water

And continue my trek
Through the raging desert.
