To The Girl That Makes Me Smile

Poem By Ardimus Caldwell

look me in my eyes
whisper silent sweet notes to me
let them escape your mouth
let them so soft that my ears lean forward
ready for simple conversation
mix with imagination
so we can further our connection
look past as beening seen as girl
and stand as woman
let silly things slip out of your mouth like
'you're the only thing worth meaning to me'
and with that being said i'll laugh
and soon following after would be this proposal
ready for you to say yes
to marrying me

I don't want to worry about losing you

Instead we hide behind our self pride and become scared of getting hurt
