Torrid

wandering around in the dark
along - running again
away from myself

I can't look at the sky tonight
I won't look at the sky tonight

...but Artemis sees me
only a thin whisper
she's so pale
and quickly hides from me

my fingers trace the new mark on my hip
TRUTH, it says

can I not be me anymore?

TRUTH, it says

so why do I feel...
so why do I feel at all?

for a moment my sould
wants to free from my body
and for a moment she is

someone calls her name
but she doesn't answer
her own name as foreign and vague
as a strangers

can I not be me anymore?

she returns
and we go back to bleeding our tears

wandering around in the dark
alone - running again
away from myself
looking for someone to help me die

but even that
seems too much to ask
tonight

Wow. I am definately in awe of your talent, and at such a young age. You should be proud. Let it out in poetry and it will save you.
