The wind blowing through my hair
by Stephen Mcbride
The breeze across my face, please
Oh please, take me to a better place.
No more crying, no more pain
I might be able, to be happy again.
Through the world we see, and the things we fear,
Nothing ever seems clear.
I lay awake at night,
Looking up at the moon that shines so bright,
With the billions of stars in the heavenly night,
See I wonder what's in the afterlife?
No more suffering or pain? Just family and loved ones together,
Again, angles east, angles west, just keep your head up
And try your best; you'll have to let faith decide the rest.
