Travelin' Those Dusty Roads

Travelin’ down those dusty roads
Don’t know where I’ll go next
But it doesn’t really matter ‘cause
I’m on the roads that I love best

Old houses leaning precariously
Empty now for many years
But a family was once raised there
Lives filled with hope and tears

I look out across the fields and see
Bulls grazing all alone
Not too much for miles around
But brush and a few large stones

Red and dusty the roads I trod
The world that I love so
Now it’s time to travel on
To get in my car and go!
