Truth

Poem By Faith Riggs

All this time I've tried to try
Never yet getting there.
Along the way I've died
Cried, lied and despised.

Death is such a fun place
You're neither warm nor cold.
Just fine and never bothered.

Lying gets you no where fast.
You either fit in or you don't
So just give up the fight.

Despising is an easy thing
You find someone and you just hate them.
I've got practice at that.

Crying is always easy to do.
All you have to do is remember a lost love
And the tears start to flow.

And in the end of all of this
It all ends in some form of pain,
Either mental or physical,
IT'S ALWAYS THERE!

Voices That Won'T Go Away

My life's messed up
And no one knows
The misery behind my woes.
They try to see

Barbed Wire

Barbed wire locks them in
And all the eyes are filled with tears
In the children you see the fears
Of what is to come and what is near

Total Darkness

I've tried to go on
Yet I'm stuck in this place.
It's nothing more
Than one dark mess.

Tears

the one i love has left me
i tried to make it last
but it turns out the same everytime.
all the while i've cried inside

Pain

i've cried every night
for the past 13 years.
yet every passing day
the tears are getting larger.
