Poem By Harlan Simantel

So much waiting:
in lines at the store,
in rush hour traffic.
Wait! There's more.

For a page to download
when the modem is slow,
when the stop light is red
and you want to go.
Your bank puts you on hold -
by a recorded voice you're told.
All life seems a wait,
so much to do,
and I'm running late!
