We Are Scared Of Nothing
We Are Scared of Nothing,
by nicola burkett
Yet we fear everything.
We open our mouths and scream
closing our eyes, hoping its a dream
Then all of a sudden we hear the sounds of raindrops falling,
then we hear the wind wisper, the voices, which are calling
The pictures of wisdom my eyes can see,
as i listen to the beautiful story he reads to me.
We stop being afraid of what we fear,
as the source of our nightmares start to become clear.
