We Drink Bottled Water Cause We Think It's Good For Us...

Poem By Meghan

we drink bottled water cause we think it's good for us
we've forgotten the Earth that gave birth to us
here's a hose and a funnel, make me a beer bong
lookin for the light at the end of this tunnel,
and the story turns into a song...
I rewired my radio last night to pick up frequencies of other galaxies
and so far all I have recieved are distant memories of helpless pleas...
the sheer reality it seems all the other planets are infected with this communicable disease
they tell a tale strangely familiar
of how their world turned nuclear

generosity from your body has been drained
the honey sucked from a flower after an early morning rain
hath been replaced by a vile and putrid juice
when I look at you, I see a depserate life pleading for truce

I know if I put it that way
I would lose you
the way it is now
gives a little and takes a little

Another Tomorrow

the burning embers inside lay creeping
love in my heart is surely sleeping
shunned by a harsh and distant sorrow
will find it's way in another tomorrow

a willow weeps in the glowing dawn
a baby moose and a placid fawn
have all slipped away into yesterday's gone
the sun once shone on dewey flowers

Do You Relish In The Pyro's Passion?

do you relish in the burning heat?
in the fire's strongest, most powerful fleet?
in the unrelenting smell of singed hair?
in the hazy smoke thickened air?

The Birth Of Nyx And Erebus (Nightfall...)

the sky darkening round me
the birds descending to the trees
children home in their beds to sleep
shadows gather in the street
